Fatal Crossing Incident

CN assignment was proceeding Eastward at 60 MPH when a Southward vehicle struck the 24th car on the train, a loaded hopper, at a public crossing. The vehicle wedged itself under the hopper and caught fire. Lone occupant sustained fatal injuries.
